So now you want more, you want to lead. This course
will start you on the way to being the one in front. Weather its sport or trad; we will start to build the skills you need
to be on the sharp end. Protection, route finding, leader falls. It’s all part of the game. Learn the best way to start
into the world of being “on the lead”.

Top-Rope Set-up
Top Rope Set-Up and management
So after work you need
to climb, for fun or for sanity. So whom do you climb with? This course will teach you to set up basic top-ropes so you and
your friend or relatives* can be climbing on your own.
(*Relatives can be friends, it depends on your family)
Anchors,
edge management, rappelling with back-ups, belay back-ups. Now that you’re on your own the responsibility is yours.
From the approach to the walk out we will help prepare you to climb on your own. Available for scout leaders, camp workers
and others who are interested in furthering their knowledge to include outdoor climbing. A certificate of completion will
be awarded to those who finish the course.

Self-Rescue
Now What: Improvised Self-Rescue
So your out on your own four hundred feet off the deck and your partner dislocated
their shoulder, now what. Learn the skills to get the both of you quickly and safely to the ground. Escape the belay, ascend
or descend to your partner, set up a haul system a lower or a rappel with your partner on your back.
